CSA Packing Position  - Starting NOW!!

Looking for a fun teamwork environment? Become part of the Sunscape Farms CSA team! We are offering Monday - Thursday daytime positions (7 AM - 4 PM) working with great people and farm fresh produce, with a starting salary of $17 per hour, increasing with skills/experience and room for growth. You'll love being part of the Sunscape Farms team, with benefits including a healthy work environment and employee discounts on sustainably-grown fruits, veggies, and flowers!

You'll be working as part of a team to sort and pack veggies and fruits into boxes that are picked up daily Mon-Thurs by local families. Each day, once the CSA packing job is done, there is opportunity to do additional tasks around the farm, such as picking or weeding, if desired.

**We are looking for positive, motivated, strong individuals who take pride in quality work and attention to detail! This is a seasonal job, and will conclude around the end of November. Potential for rehire next season if you are a good fit!

Job Descriptions

• Field Help: 20% planting, 15% weed management, 20% harvesting, 25% washing and packing, 20% miscellaneous farm-related work
   
• Harvest Help: 100% harvesting and packing
   
• Sales Staff: 50% customer service/checkout, 25% stocking, 25% misc task
   
• Maintenance: 25% cleaning and organizing, 25% assembling packaging, 50% general property maintenance
