Send a friend or family member. If you are not able to pick up your share, you can choose to have a friend or family member pick it up for you. They will only need your full name
to pick up your share; we'll ask for their name as well for our records.
Donate your share. The other option is to donate your share to a family in need. Sunscape Farms supports local charities and food pantries and if you contact us ahead of time, we
will find a family to whom we'll donate your box.
Get in touch three days in advance. To request a rescheduled pickup, please contact us at least three business days in advance and we can usually reschedule your pickup.
If you miss your box, what happens? If we didn't hear from you at least three business days in advance and you didn't pick up your box during your scheduled pickup window, the grace period begins. We will save your missed box and/or flowers until one hour before we close following day.
Why one hour before we close? At that time, your share or its value will be donated to a local charity or family experiencing food insecurity and will no longer be available. In order to make sure the food isn't wasted, we coordinate the pickup and dropoff of missed share boxes at the end of the day, so that they can still be fresh when they arrive to the families in need.
What are our hours during the Summer CSA? We are open 9am - 6pm on Weekends, and 9am - 7pm on Weekdays.
If it is still within the grace period, you can call our farm market and stop the donation of your box and coordinate pickup. (Penfield 585-406-3443 or Greece (585-455-2558). If it is after your grace period, please know that your box went to help a local family in need and is no longer available.
Please do not abuse our grace period and please always be kind to staff who are simply following our Sustainable policies. Thank you!
